Re: Retreat suggestions for Ben. Maybe something in Big Bear or Lake Arrowhead? Years ago, the WGA Activities committee used to do a weekend retreat at the UCLA facility up in Lake Arrowhead. I went once and it was actually pretty great. Met some writers that I still chat with to this day. Also had some good guest speakers and time to commune in nature.
Yes! Iām not sure I can work out the Greece trip (but thinking about it!). Would love one from you that maybe I could make it to. Or maybe both š!
Just waiting to see if my permalance gig comes back (they are super slow at the begging of the year). So weāll see when I have $$ coming in again. š¤š¤
Makes total sense! Planning travel as a freelancer is always so hard. But you still have time to sign up for Greece and if you can't make it this year, maybe another time!
