What a terrific conversation we had with our first Q&A guest, C. Robert Cargill. As always, Cargill was insightful about process and candid about his experiences in the feature world. So much good stuff in this chat. And thanks so much to subscribers Frannie, Manolo, David, and Alee for asking such great questions. I love that we had such an intimate group. It is exactly the experience of hanging out with Cargill at the Driskill during Austin Film Fest, and I’m glad y’all got to experience that.
The recording is below for the enjoyment and edification of all paid subscribers!
Our next Q&A guest is Ryan Condal, co-creator/showrunner of House of the Dragon! Because of his busy November schedule (and mine), we are holding this Q&A next weekend. I’ll send out the meeting info ASAP. Hope a bunch of you can show up, because I have not watched this show and I need y’all to ask the good questions!
Now, because I value you, I want to share 18 hours of Halloween playlists I made. My magnum opus? Maybe. My friend who runs the Little Dom’s restaurants asked me to make some playlists, since she was sick of listening to the same music on repeat every night. I have been training for this job since I was fourteen years old, and she got more than she bargained for. So, enjoy:
Hope you enjoy listening!
Here’s the Cargill recording for all of your paid supporters. I appreciate you. Enjoy!
