Last chance to Thrill til fall
This Saturday, April 12, The Thrilling Adventure Hour hit Chicago’s Lincoln Hall for two shows. We’re also at C2E2, Chicago’s comic convention, where Friday night the cast will do one of their notorious WorkJuice Improv shows (a lot of fun and I don’t have to write anything) and we’ll all be doing a panel at the con on Saturday at 12:30.
If you’re in the area, please come on out. All of our best cast members will be there, including Paul F. Tompkins, Marc Evan Jackson, Busy Philipps, Joshua Malina, Autumn Reeser, and our special guest whom we’re dragging out with us, David Dastmalchian (Late Night with the Devil; Suicide Squad)!
Info for all of the shows at ThrillingAdventure.live.

On today’s Writers Panel, Jonathan Tropper (creator, Your Friends and Neighbors, Banshee, Warrior) discusses writing a TV show closer in sensibility to his novels, the role of luck in a writing career, writing a non-action show, one key piece of advice about craft, and more.
